Ticket Exchange
You can exchange the departure date andor time of your ticket with no fee up until one hour before your original departure time. You cant change your destination.

b if the cost of your new ticket is less than the cost of your original ticket, you will not receive a refund of the difference.
c Tickets that are exchanged less than seven days before the departure date to a new later departure date will in all circumstances become nonrefundable.
Refund
Tickets are refundable seven days or more before the date of departure for a fee. The fee is £25 per person for each individual leg of the trip, and £50 per person for a full refund of a return ticket.
