People exploring Kent, East Sussex and London by train can benefit from Advance tickets for just £5 as part of the Southeastern Network Weekend this April.
Ten thousand Advance tickets for travel on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April will go on sale this week.
The Network Weekend was inspired by the popular offers run by Network SouthEast in the 80s and 90s and comes as communities across the UK celebrate the history of the railway through Railway 200.
The tickets will be available exclusively through the Southeastern website and app from Saturday 22 March to Friday 28 March from and customers can purchase multiple tickets to get greater value for money.
Southeasterns extensive network covers vibrant towns and cities such as Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, and Rochester, as well as scenic countryside and coastal destinations like Margate, Hastings, Broadstairs, and Whitstable. The Southeastern Network Weekend supports regional tourism and economic growth while encouraging sustainable travel at a highly competitive price.
