“User/Customer/You” — Anyone using the service
“Feed/Data Feed” — anydealsuk.com’s subscription-based affiliate feed product
“API” — AnyDealsUK’s programmatic data access

2. Services Provided

We provide:

Automated affiliate deal feeds
Customisable feeds based on networks and categories
Various update frequencies (10, 30, 60 mins)
Affiliate link enrichment / merchant syncing

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove features.

3. Account Registration

Users must:

Provide accurate information
Keep login details secure
Not share access with unauthorised parties

Suspicious activity may result in suspension.

4. Subscription Terms

Payment is taken via Stripe
Subscriptions renews automatically unless cancelled
Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal
Access stops immediately upon failed payment or cancelled subscription

5. Usage Restrictions

Users must not:

Resell feeds without written permission
Share API keys with third parties
Scrape or reverse engineer the system
Attempt to bypass rate limits or other systems
Extract or reuse copyrighted material without consent
Use feeds for illegal or harmful activity

Violations may result in permanent termination.

Users must not bombard or overload our network with excessive requests. Rate limiting and protective controls are actively enforced to safeguard our systems and ensure fair access for all users. Usage that exceeds reasonable limits may be throttled, suspended, or restricted without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All feed structures, code, technology, and branding belong to anydealsuk.com
Affiliate data remains owned by the respective merchant or affiliate network
Users receive a licence to use, not ownership

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

Loss of earnings from incorrect feed data
Missed affiliate commissions
Downtime due to hosting or third-party outages
Incorrect or outdated deals
Third-party network tracking failures
Any issue arising from copyright or intellectual property infringement

Our service is provided “as-is”.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

Abuse
Non-payment
Excessive API usage
Reselling feeds against policy

Users may cancel anytime via their account dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law.
Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted here with a new revision date.
