REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through anydealsuk.com, including subscriptions, API access tiers, and automated affiliate deal feeds (“Services”). By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products Exemption

All products sold by anydealsuk.com/ are digital services delivered electronically and accessible instantly upon purchase.

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), digital services are non-refundable once access is granted, unless one or more exceptions apply.

**2. When Refunds Are Granted**

A refund or partial refund will only be issued if:

2.1 The service was not delivered

Example:

Server failure preventing access to feeds or API for more than 72 consecutive hours
A system error prevented initial activation

2.2 A technical issue on our end makes the service unusable

If our systems malfunction in a way that prevents your legitimate use of the service.

2.3 A billing error occurs

Such as:

Double charge
Incorrect subscription tier charge

2.4 Statutory rights

You retain all UK statutory rights where applicable.

**3. When Refunds Are Not Granted**

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
No longer needing or using the service
Incorrect configuration on your website/server
Inability to use the feed due to third-party platforms
Affiliate networks rejecting your affiliate accounts or links
Failure to follow documentation
Data differences or inconsistencies caused by third-party networks

Once access is granted, refunds are not possible unless exceptions above apply.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time via:

Your account dashboard
Stripe billing portal
Support request to [email protected]

4.1 Effect of cancellation

You retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Access to:

Feeds
API keys
Webhooks
Downloads
…will stop immediately on expiry.

No partial refunds.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

The system will retry two times
If still unpaid, access is automatically suspended
Your subscription may be downgraded or cancelled

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed:

All services will be immediately terminated
API keys will be revoked
Access will be permanently blocked
We will provide evidence of service delivery

We may update this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted here with a new revision date.
