Data Feed Usage & Licensing

This policy governs your rights and responsibilities when using anydealsuk.com/ data feeds and API services.

1. Licence Granted

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our:

Deal feed data
API endpoints
Affiliate link structures
Metadata
CSV, JSON, XML outputs (depending on plan)

2. What You MAY Do

Use feeds on your own website or app
Generate your own affiliate links (if your plan allows)
Create custom pages, filters, or displays
Store data temporarily in cache
Use the feeds commercially for your own brand

3. What You MAY NOT Do

3.1 Redistribution or Resale

You must not:

Resell the data
Share your API key
Provide feed access to multiple clients
Upload our feed to another marketplace or SaaS service
Create excessive API requests or feed downloads beyond your subscribed tier
Automated polling at unreasonable frequencies
Repeated requests for the same data within short timeframes
Actions that degrade performance, stability, or availability of the service for other users

3.2 Copying or Cloning

You must not:

Duplicate our feed structure
Reverse engineer backend logic
Rebuild our service using our data

3.3 Permanent Storage

You may not permanently store or archive the entire database.
Only short-term caching is allowed.

4. Attribution Requirements

If required by your affiliate networks, you must display:

Proper affiliate disclaimers
Required merchant legal text
VAT/price correctness notices (where required)

You are responsible for compliance with each network’s terms.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Immediate suspension
Termination
Legal action
Report to affiliate networks

Users must not bombard or overload our network with excessive requests. Rate limiting and protective controls are actively enforced to safeguard our systems and ensure fair access for all users. Usage that exceeds reasonable limits may be throttled, suspended, or restricted without notice.
