How do I manage my existing Disney subscription
If you currently have a subscription for Disney and would like to take advantage of the Tesco Clubcard voucher offer, you will need to take the following steps.
1. Go to disneyplus.com and log in
2. Select your Profile and then Account
3. Under Subscriptions select your current Disney subscription
4. Select Cancel Subscription
5. Select Continue to Cancel
6. Select No Thanks, Cancel Disney to confirm
7. Continue to enjoy Disney until the end of your currently billing cycle
8. Log out of your account at the end of your billing cycle before reactivating using the redemption instructions in the email or app
How do I manage my existing Disney subscription through Google, Apple or other thirdparties
If you started your subscription with your Apple or Android app or any other thirdparty, youll need to change your payment information through them. Disney does not have the ability to make changes to those subscriptions.
