Use this decision tree to quickly identify and fix the most common AnydealsUK issues. Start at the top and follow the path that matches your situation.

🧭 How to Use This Page #

  • Read each question in order
  • Follow YES / NO paths
  • Apply the fix before moving on, more details at the bottom based on common issues.

Most issues are resolved within 2–3 steps.


❌ Authentication / Access Issue #

Likely causes:

  • Invalid API key
  • Expired or cancelled subscription
  • Accessing Pro feed on Amazon-only plan

Fix:

  • Copy API key again
  • Check dashboard subscription status under my account

⏱️ Feed Looks Empty (But Isn’t Broken) #

This is normal when:

  • No deals were posted recently
  • Using a short (10m) feed

Fix:

  • Keep trying twice every 10 minutes and if nothing after 30 minutes contact support

Caused by:

  • Network disabled
  • Merchant not approved
  • Missing API credentials

Fix:

  • Enable Skimlinks fallback
  • Check network settings

🖼 Missing Images #

Caused by:

  • Image downloads disabled
  • Platform limitations

Fix:

  • Enable image importing
  • Use image_url directly

⚠️ Random Failures or Errors #

Usually caused by:

  • Polling too often
  • Cron overlap
  • Server timeouts

Fix:

  • Match feed interval
  • Limit import size
  • Check logs

🆘 When to Contact Support #

Only contact support if:

  • Feed returns 500 errors repeatedly
  • Data is clearly incorrect
  • Access is blocked after fixes

Provide:

  • Feed URL
  • Time of issue
  • Error code

✅ Final Note #

If you reach the end of the tree with no issues, your setup is correct. AnydealsUK feeds are time-based and may not always show new data instantly.
