Game Changing midweek meals
I recently tried Heinz Mascarpone Sauce, and it has completely elevated my home-cooked meals. Heinz pasta sauce
I received this product to test for free and I was happily surprised. It was really quick to get a meal together for my kids they really enjoyed it was very tasty. I now buy this for a quick mid week meal the whole family enjoys.
Bland
Had high hopes for this but was a little disappointed as it was a little on the bland side and required more flavour. Had to add extra seasoning to it to enhance the flavour. I'm not in a rush to go out and get it again.
From field to jar! Lovely flavour!
This Heinz Tomato Mascarpone & Grana Padano Pasta Sauce comes in a 490g jar and is set to serve 5 people. They do offer other sizes in this range which is really handy if needing a smaller portion or more cupboard space! What I really like about this pasta sauce is that it is made with quality, natural ingredients. It has no added sugar, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and it is gluten-free and from field to jar! This beats a lot of the jar sauces out there that are full of sugar. Not only that, it is 1 of your 5 a day per serving so contains good nutrition and is only 95 cals per 100g. The sauce is easy to cook with, it isn’t too thick or runny. I created various pasta dishes with this and the sauce has great depth that it is great with just pasta itself. I received this pasta sauce as part of the Influenster community and I massively recommend it for the tasty flavour and natural ingredients without the added nasties!
Cream Of Tomato Soup
Commendable, regarding the ingredients but after that, bland tomato soup. If you want something that tastes like real pasta sauce, look elsewhere or be ready to use as a base sauce.
