Ambience
Here she is, our flagship of the fleet, our first lady of the sea: Ambience. Derived from the French word for ‘surrounding’, our ambition at Ambassador is to create the optimum atmosphere onboard; one that brings out the best in each of us. The perfect ambience. With an average 1,400-guest capacity and careful configuration, she offers both a feeling of spaciousness and freedom, whilst retaining that sense of intimacy and camaraderie we each crave; it’s whatever makes you comfortable.Entertainment-wise, she really will spoil you for choice. Let your hair down at the Observatory and bring out your finest ensembles for The Palladium. Whether you like it shaken or stirred, she has numerous bars to whet your whistle, including Raffles Bar, Botanical Lounge, SW19 and The Purple Turtle Pub.Dining options are plentiful at our Buckingham restaurant or the Borough Market, with plentiful cuisine options, and for those wanting to soak in nature’s glory, we have our glorious Alfresco Grill. Wining and dining are more than fine at Saffron*, Sea & Grass* or our deluxe Chef’s Table*, where we offer a speciality gastronomic experience that’s not to be missed.Put your best cards forward at Aces & Eights bridge and card room and the Ambassador Casino, or revive and renew at the gym and Wellness Centre. Other facilities include Kapoor’s, our onboard crafting studio, Brontë’s library, the shopping galleria, not to mention a swimming pool, two hot tubs and a large screen for outdoor movies. Don’t buy the excursion trips waste of money
First foremost the crew was so polite and nice. Dinner was exceptional service food was pretty good. The buffet was excellent and the excursion were not worth the money. Blue Lagoon in Nassau was a 45 minute trip each way you only have 2.5 hours on the island. The rooms are in good condition the dinning rooms are beautiful. The adults pool needs a revamp it old and showing it’s age. The trip to freeport just stay in the boat it was disgustingly poor area. We did the pig tour it was fun and unique. I would not do it again. The buffet is exceptional and great. I’m not a cruise ship dream i don’t drink and eat a lot. The disbarment was a mess and un organized. The only issue we had was parking in a garage and arguing with people who thought we cut the line. I did a 5 day cruise probably better for three day cruises for me and a newer ship

THE BEST
This has been our BEST cruise experience! Everything on this cruise, starting from the warmth and dedication of the crew and guides, to the comfort and luxury of the ship have made this an incredible experience for us. We have made beautiful memories in just a few days that we will cherish forever. We were on the cruise - Aqua Nera - for 3 nights. Everyday day was immaculately planned to include our comfort while giving us wonderful and adventurous excursions. We were introduced to the Amazon rainforest, the Amazon river and Peruvian culture with unmatchable dedication and enthusiasm by the wonderful guides. The food on the ship was made to precision with amazing flavours and taking into consideration any food restrictions. The cleaning crew was always on top of maintaining the rooms and took amazing care of everything needed. The directors and captain were constantly involved to make sure everything went smoothly and was in place throughout the trip. The pickups and drop offs were very smooth and convenient. A big thanks and love to the whole team for an unforgettable experience! This cruise is a definite must try for everyone!!

Happy bday cruise!
This was my 7th cruise and perhaps most enjoyable. We found the staff to be very professional as well as friendly.Nico and Norman were our waitstaff and so accommodating to our desires. Joseph and Philip in the Quill and Compass bar were like Tom Cruise in Cocktail. All the dining coices were so well prepared from the main dining room to the pizza salad and hot dog shop. I even needed an extension cord and was provided with one in a matter of minutes. The main purpose of this cruise was my wifes bday which she was treated like royalty by the staff and Captain. After using other cruise lines Royal Caribbean was superior to them. Every day was a relaxing but fun filled adventure. We had zero issues and will continue to use Royal Caribbean as our line of choice. Thank you for a great time on th high seas.
