1. This is for a single account it can be used on your own original account, or a newly created Google account. I choose to use my old Indian account that just got cancelled…
2. VPN is not required until the very end in order to show prices.

4. This will not work if you already changed family groups too many times i.e. youd be stuck using this NEW account for YouTube Premium. I unfortunately made this mistake the first time around and locked myself out of the Family Group on the new account I had just made. This was due to not allowing me to add my original account as it said it was created in a different country GB. Of course, I now realise that I shouldve had my VPN on while doing invitations…
So remember, you have the 12month restriction on Family Groups, if you join and keep leaving.
Method Single Account
Firstly, go to payments.google.com
do NOT connect to a VPN.
Click the Settings tab
Next to CountryRegion, click on the Edit pencil icon
Click Create new profile
Click Continue
For the Country, select Ukraine Find a random address, and fill out the details. You have those generators to use.
Go through and create the profile.
Go to Payment Methods and add a Visa or Mastercard credit card that does not have foreign transaction fees. Revolut, Starling, etc. I used Revolut
Now you should see a dropdown with your name in the top right corner. Click on it and select your Home Countrys profile. This is your default UKIndianwhatever profile
Go to Settings
Scroll all the way down and Close payments profile click yes and delete the profile go through steps to confirm.
Now go back to the Android device.
Force stop and clear cache on the Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store, go back to the Account Settings, verify the Country now shows Ukraine.
Note I could never get the prices to change from GBP. So, I used a VPN to Ukraine and it showed the prices. Now, click subscribe. Now STOP Disconnect the VPN and now click the subscription button to continue payment. You should be asked to verify the payment with bank. If you dont see this, or the screen disappears, or gets cancelled, its due to the VPN still being on… The VPN cannot be on when taking payment.
Open the YouTube app and subscribe to the plan for 99 UAH £1.93 using the saved credit card.Thats it, you should now have a premium account again. This is where I stopped, as Im happy with a single account.Optional If you want to add the UK payment profile back you can, useful if you want to create a family account. DO NOT DELETE THE UKRAINE PAYMENT PROFILE Go back to your PC and go back to payments.google.com Go to Settings Next to CountryRegion, click on the Edit pencil icon Click Create new profile This time for country, select your Home Country Create the profile. Now you can select this from the drop down list, if its needed.
