Probably boring to most people, but its an excellent price and a very good offer for what this is, and can do.
If youre after an isolated PSU for your guitar pedals, I cant really see much better out there. If youre just on one or two pedals the the chances are youre using a daisy chain adapter, which do the job. You are limited by the adapter though and they can cause buzzing interference.
This should pretty much eliminate that issue and provide isolated sockets for each pedal.
There are 10 outputs in total, which all do 9v
4 of them have a max 200mA output each and another 4 that max out at 500mA. The other two are actually adjustable from 9v18v Can do 15v at a max of 200mA.
So its well equipped and can handle some of those bigger pedals.
I just bought one yesterday after watching a couple of Andertons videos, as Im building my first pedalboard. after using Amp Sims for years. So… over 20 years playing and Ive never had a board. My collection is going to get out of hand, I know. Ive uses pedals here and there, but its time to get right in to it
This is the unit I went with though, mainly because its a brand Im familiar with and Im finding mixed reviews on cheaper lesser known brands, which seem to be a daisy chain system in a box and still stating theyre isolated This kind of money is really reasonable.
The pic below gives you an idea of its size, although Id personally get a board that can accommodate it, either on top, or underneath. Ive grabbed a very budget Rockhouse RPB1BK pedal board, which although is cheap, should suit my needs for home use.
PSU only No pedals or other equipment included
