These are the Terms and Conditions of Nords gift with purchase promotion Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are a binding contract between you and nordvpn s.a., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama, under registration number 155694934, domicile address PH FF TOWER, 50th Street 56th Street, Suite 32D, Floor 32, Panama City, Republic of Panama Organiser, so please read them carefully before entering.
1. Eligibility.
This Promotion is open to all individual users of paid NordVPN Services as defined in Section 1.1 of the General Terms of Service, provided they meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined below
Participants must be aged eighteen 18 years old or over at the time of purchase.
Participants must purchase a two 2 year plan subscription of NordVPN Services as defined in Section 1.1 of the General Terms of Service that is reflected on the NordVPN website Plan during the Promotion Period as defined below in Section 2 and through NordVPN website.
Participants must maintain the purchased Plan subscription for more than 30 thirty days i.e., not request a refund for the purchased Plan as per Money Back Guarantee terms outlined in the General Terms of Service.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, individuals who meet the above criteria isare referred to as Participant or Participants.

2. Promotion period.
The Promotion starts on the Effective Date i.e., February 5, 2025, at 800 AM Central European Time CET and ends on March 19, 2025, 800 AM CET Promotion Period. The timekeeping device used by the Organiser is the official clock of the Promotion. 3. Gift.

The Participant may not exchange the Gift for cash, other items, or services. The Organiser does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen Gifts for reasons beyond the Organisers fault e.g., redeemed without the Participants permission, and replacements will not be provided. The Gift is as stated and nothing else is included.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the specified Gift becomes unavailable.
4. How to Participate and Gift Delivery.
During the Promotion Period, all Participants meeting the criteria set forth in Section 1 will be eligible to receive the Gift.
All eligible Participants will automatically receive

5. Privacy.
The Organiser will process personal data pertaining to the provision of the services, as set out in Organisers Privacy Policy. Such data will be processed only for the purposes of i organising and coordinating the Promotion, ii ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and iii delivering the Gift. 6. Release and Limitation of Liability.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside control of the Organiser including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Organiser reserves the right subject to any written directions given under applicable law to disallow any reward claims at its sole discretion or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
The Organiser assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries that result from acceptance of the Gift or participation in this Promotion, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Additional Terms.
Each individual participating in the Promotion was, is, and shall be bound by the General Terms of Service for the duration of the use of the Organisers Services.
The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be i tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or any of the Organisers websites ii acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or iii acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If an entry is incomplete or if the Participant uses robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods, an entry will be disqualified. The authorised subscriber of the email account used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the Participant and must comply with the rules set herein in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account. The authorised account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address.
Please note that, if the Participant requests a refund within thirty 30 days of the purchase of the Plan as per the General Terms of Services, the Gift will be canceled as well to prevent misuse. This means that the received code will be invalidated, resulting in the loss of access to andor use of the Services.
8. Miscellaneous.
By participating in this Promotion, each Participant agrees that the Organisers decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gifts are final. Any difficulties in interpreting these rules and any disputes will be settled by the Organiser or by the competent courts.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied based on the law Panama. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the courts of Panama. Notwithstanding the foregoing, applicable consumer protection laws will still apply for the purpose of protecting consumers.
